Warranty Coverage
Michal Dunajski Development ("Company") warrants the Ice Wave water chilling machine ("Product") to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
What This Warranty Covers
Repair or Replacement: If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, the Company will either (1) repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (2) replace the Product with a new or refurbished product.

Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from:
Normal wear and tear.
Misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
Modifications or repairs not authorized by the Company.
Damage caused by operating the Product outside the intended uses described by the Company.
Damage caused by external factors such as accidents, natural disasters, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

THE WARRANTY STATED ABOVE IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY THE COMPANY, ITS AGENTS, OR EMPLOYEES SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY OR IN ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OF THIS WARRANTY.

Some countries or regions have laws that provide consumer rights supplementary to this warranty. If such laws apply, this warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
