Return and Refund Policy

Every unit undergoes rigorous testing for malfunctions and minor defects to ensure you receive a product that meets our high standards of quality and reliability. We understand, however, that there may be instances where our product might not meet your expectations, or you might encounter an unforeseen issue. In these rare cases, we want to make the process of returning the product as smooth and hassle-free as possible. If you find that your Ice Wave machine has a defect or it simply doesn't suit your needs, you can return it and receive a full refund.

Return Policy

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, in line with EU consumer rights directives.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

Damaged in Delivery or Fault on Our Part: If the Ice Wave machine is damaged during the delivery process or the return is due to a fault on our part (such as manufacturing defects), we will cover all shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for any shipping costs incurred.

Returns for Other Reasons: If you are returning the product for reasons unrelated to damage or a fault on our part (such as change of mind or unsuitability for your needs), you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
